What is InkjetSuperstore Rewards Program?
Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for purchasing online. These points can then be redeemed for specific discount Gift Certificates you can use to purchase at InkjetSuperstore.com.
How do I enroll?
To join the program, enter to My Account and click on the Rewards tab. Check the “Join Rewards Program” box and click the Submit button
How do I earn points?
Every time you place an online order you accumulate points; you get 1 point for each dollar spent on our website (only online purchases apply).
Is there a limit to the points I can earn?
No, the more you buy, the more you earn.
Do I get points every time I purchase?
Yes, you get 1 point per dollar spent on online purchases only. PO's and purchases over the phone do not accumulate points. You earn points only on the price of the item and not on the shipping and handling charges.
Do my points expire?
No. The more points you earn, the more you save! Points earned do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
How do I redeem my reward points?
On the Rewards tab in My account, check your balance. If you have any points available, you´re ready to redeem!
Enter the quantity you´d like to redeem in the “How many points do you want to redeem?” field and click Submit.
A Gift Certificate code will be emailed to you. You can use it at checkout to get the amount of the Gift Certificate deducted from your purchase. That is, if you apply a $5 Gift Certificate Code to your order, $5 will be deducted from the total purchase price. You can use a Gift Certificate code and a Coupon Code on the same order!
Am I able to use InkjetSuperstore Rewards at checkout?
Yes, all of our rewards program Gift Certificates can be used at checkout for immediate cash discounts towards your purchase of any item at our store. If your purchase total is higher than the Gift Certificate value, you pay the balance with a credit card or Paypal.
How can I view my InkjetSuperstore rewards balance?
Click on the Rewards tab in My Account and under “Points Available” you can see your balance.
What happens if I don't redeem the Gift Certificate towards a purchase? Are my points deducted anyways?
Correct. Upon redemption, points are deducted from your balance even if you do not use your Gift Certificate.
