I never used a remanufactured item before. I have bought this one other time and have had great printing results. I will continue to purchase.

I dont use much and dont order much but they treat like my small amount of business is worth as much as a big business would or should do with them. Question though; Can I trade in the old cartridges after empty or is it worth the time to ship them back in the box I receive? Thanks again for offering us Americans who are out of work and struggling in our job searches a cheaper alternative to the big companies.

I have purchased these cartridges for the last couple of years for my Officejet 6310. The cartirdges have been of consistantly good quality and perform as well as the OEM cartridge at a MUCH cheaper price. I have never been disappointed.
