Compatible and remanufactured items are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase. These items are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards, guaranteeing performance.
InkjetSuperstore also warrants that under normal use and subject to the conditions stated below, these items will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible machine.
The tampering of any InkjetSuperstore product by any person or people, other than by an InkjetSuperstore representative, voids all warranties and releases InkjetSuperstore from all liability. InkjetSuperstore's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
If a defect in one of our compatible or remanufactured items causes a machine to fail, InkjetSuperstore will reimburse the customer up to $250.00 for service and repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing InkjetSuperstore with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to a defect in the compatible or remanufactured item/s, including a written statement from an authorized service company stating the reason for failure and the corresponding invoice. This statement must be on authorized company letterhead and dated and signed by the company's field or service representative.

STMC stands for Standardized Test Methods Committee. This global committee was formed to find and promote standardized test methods for the printer cartridge industry. Standardized test methods are defined from ISO, ISTA, and ANSI standards.
