What should I do if the nozzle on my printer is blocked and won't print?
Occasionally, the print nozzle on your inkjet printer may become blocked with dried ink, particularly if you have not used your printer in days or weeks. Remove the nozzle from the printer and place it in a shallow dish of warm water. Soak it until the ink loosens, then dry it with a soft cloth and set it back into place. Run your print head cleaning cycle (instructions for this should be in your printer manual). If it still doesn't work, you will have to replace the cartridge.
