Will using a remanufactured toner cartridge void my Lexmark printer's warranty?
By law manufacturer's should not prohibit the use of remanufactured cartridges. What you have to be aware is what the warranty states. In this case specifically, enclosed please find an extract of the Lexmark warranty regarding this matter:

Modification or attachments. Accidents or misuse. Unsuitable physical or operating environment. Maintenance by anyone other than Lexmark or a Lexmark-authorized service. Operation of a product beyond the limit of its duty cycle. Use of printing media outside of Lexmark specifications. Supplies (such as ink) not furnished by Lexmark. Products, components, parts, materials, software or interfaces not furnished by Lexmark.”
