My Okidata MFP is not Keeping the Time and Date

The B2500, 2520 and the B2540 may not keep the correct time and date if the printer is left off for more than (5) minutes.

If this occurs, the time and date must be reset from the operator pane.

Reset the date and time doing the following:

1 Press Down Arrow (Button 8 in picture below), then enter 21 using the keypad.

2 Use the Down Arrow to scroll right to the specific time or date number and change using the numeric keypad. Press OK when completed. Use the Up Arrow to scroll back to the left as necessary.

3 To exit this menu, press the red stop key.
