I’m having problems printing from Outlook or Internet Explorer. What can I do?
For example when you print the right or left hand portion of the page is blank or it prints on a separate piece of pager, right? This is a very common problem with HTML files.
The following are four things you can try to fix this problem.
1. Change the margin settings in your software application, making the margins smaller, giving the printer more space to print the page. 2. Change the printer orientation from portrait to landscape. This will increase the print area.
3. On many web pages, there is a link to a “Printable” version of the page. If there is, click it and follow the instructions. 4. Copy and paste the data into a text application, such as Word.
