The following are the steps to insert a new toner cartridge or when you are asked to remove the cartridge and re-insert it to be able to solve printing issues:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Open the front door.
3. Open the front cover. 4. Grasp the black handle on the toner cartridge and pull it out. (Figure 3) 5. Gently shake the toner cartridge from side to side.
6. Place the toner cartridge back into the printer and slide it in until a click is heard.
7. Close the front cover.
8. Power on the printer.
NOTE: The toner cartridge will not fit through the front door unless the front cover is open.
NOTE: Verify the toner is seated correctly into the printer.
