My tracking number is not working. What should I do? |
In some cases, USPS tracking system does not return any results when you enter the tracking number. This can happen when an package is mis-scanned or still getting sorted at the shipping facility. Please try again in 1-2 days for more up to date information.
If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it could be somewhere safe. Please check your office, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor. If you still are not able to locate the package and it is past the shipping timeframe, please email Customer Support so we may be able to resolve the issue. |
